Bookings: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the host.

Cancellations:

Guests may cancel bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees or penalties may apply.
Hosts may cancel bookings only in exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your booking or any applicable fees.

In the event of payment disputes, contact us at bookings@ within 30 days of the transaction.

6. User Responsibilities

Guests:

Use the property responsibly and adhere to any rules set by the host.
Report any damages immediately to the host and cover repair or replacement costs if necessary.

Hosts:

Provide accurate information about your property, including amenities and availability.
Ensure the property meets safety and health regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Injuries, property damage, or losses occurring during a stay.
Disputes between guests and hosts.
Service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to contact us directly at bookings@prayerretreats.com to resolve the issue.

If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the prayerretreats.com platform, including text, images, and logos, is the property of prayerretreats.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Termination of Use
